The Nutcracker Rush

The magician Drosselmeyer, seduced by the promise of power, has struck a dark pact with the Mouse King, enslaving the fairy realm and corrupting its greatest champion, the Nutcracker, using the sinister Carnival Mask. In desperation, the Sugar Plum Fairy casts a spell to summon Clara, their once savior. But the spell misfires, drawing a New York ballerina, just cast as Clara in The Nutcracker, into their world instead.

Trapped in this magical yet perilous realm, the Ballerina must embrace her role and use her ballet-inspired powers to defeat Drosselmeyer and the Mouse King, liberating the fairy realm and finding her way home.

Play as Grace, a spunky, hard hitting dancer, as she spins her way through each battle against three unique bosses: The Mouse King, The Nutcracker, and Drosselmeyer himself. Created by our team for the 2025 Boss Rush Game Jam.
